📋 Description

• Develop and maintain complex financial reporting solutions supporting Aetna’s Medicaid Markets • Lead reporting for Value-Based Service contracts • Contribute to financial restatement, revenue reconciliation, and member redetermination • Identify process improvement opportunities • Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance • Develop advanced SQL queries to produce financial reports • Collaborate with actuarial and finance teams to enhance reporting processes • Test and research data for completeness and policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing queries and reports using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs • Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare programs (preferred) • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, dynamic visualizations, and VBA (preferred) • Experience with eligibility, claims adjudication, reserving, or financial reporting in the managed care industry (preferred) • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred) • Background in health services research or epidemiology (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public health, or a related field required
