📋 Description

• Co-creating curriculum, engaging content, and creative solutions for adult learners • Identifying and aligning learning goals, objectives, and competencies • Managing and maintaining projects, inclusive of communication with leadership and partners across multiple business areas • Analyzing, interpreting, and applying data and metrics to suggest improvements to training content • Providing feedback to help instructional designers adapt to learning styles over cross-generational audiences • Delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of talent development or adult learning experience • Experience facilitating classroom or web-based training and conducting train-the-trainer sessions (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint • Familiarity with web-conferencing (Teams) and e-learning software • Knowledge of or previous experience in healthcare • High school diploma/GED required • Bachelor's degree preferred
