📋 Description

• Architect, design, and develop complex software solutions working with RxClaim on the AS/400 platform • Provide solutions and design complex functionality within the RxClaim application (CDES area) • Help define standards / methodologies / guidelines, ensuring compliance while aligning solutions to the RxClaim application architecture • Lead modernization efforts for IBMi systems, including automation and integration with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) • Leverage internal development tools and CI/CD processes • Provide technical guidance to project teams and influence best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience and a deep understanding of AS/400 application development • 5+ years of application development experience in RPG, RPGLE and CL; Synon2/E (aka COOL 2/E) • 5+ years of IBMi SQL experience • 5+ years of experience leading application teams to deliver technical improvements and initiatives. • Experience with RxClaim or similar pharmacy claim adjudication systems (preferred) • Background in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) • Experience in legacy system modernization • Familiarity with IBMi integration with cloud platforms • Demonstrated successful completion of several medium to large scope projects • Proficiency working on all phases of SDLC and with problem determination and resolution through research and fact finding
