📋 Description
• cyber•Fund is an investment fund dedicated to partnering with founders from genesis to growth stage and beyond. • The Strategic BizOps Manager will shape the operational and strategic direction of cyber•Fund and its portfolio companies. • Drive strategic development, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence to support growth.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or as a VC analyst, associate, principal in the Web3 ecosystem; • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred; • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; • Crypto Industry Knowledge is a plus. • Background in startups, tech, or high-growth companies; • At Web3 VC firms as an analyst, associate, or principal.
