• Actively prospect and acquire new merchant clients, targeting small to medium-sized businesses. • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, serving as their primary point of contact. • Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify each business owner's unique needs. • Recommend and present Cygnus' suite of payment processing solutions. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new merchants. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position Cygnus' offerings

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales success in the payment processing industry. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse business partners. • Strong network and relationship-building abilities. • Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. • Ability to work independently, managing time, and priorities effectively. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
