📋 Description

• Sales & Business Growth • Identify and close new business in research, clinical, and biopharma environments • Consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets • Build strong relationships with current customers and uncover expansion opportunities • Technical Expertise & Support • Deliver product demos and presentations showcasing Cytek’s spectral flow cytometry solutions • Serve as a trusted resource post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction • Work closely with Field Applications and Field Service teams to support customer success • Territory & Pipeline Management • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize coverage and revenue • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM • Collaboration & Industry Engagement • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience • Represent Cytek at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events • Insights & Strategy • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs • Provide actionable feedback to leadership to inform broader business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in flow cytometry ; capital equipment sales is a strong plus • Proven track record managing a territory and achieving sales goals • Ability to translate complex science into compelling solutions • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory (50–75%) • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during demos/events • Must be able to travel by car, train, and air to customer sites across Western Canada
