Description

• Support the creation, configuration, and generation of quotes using Salesforce CPQ • Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team to provide support throughout the sales cycle • Maintain and optimize Salesforce for the sales team, ensuring data integrity and accuracy • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, create reports, and identify trends • Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members • Create, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and other documentation for sales operations processes and tools • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience in sales operations or similar role within a SaaS or cloud industry • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and Excel • Process-driven organization and time-management skills • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity • Potential experience with CPQ, ZoomInfo, SalesOS, Zoominfo Engage, and Power BI • Able to perform duties with minimal supervision • Customer-centric with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences • Able to work autonomously, manage up and keep stakeholders informed in regular intervals
