Description

• Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile applications • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders • Work closely with developers to ensure the design is properly implemented and meets technical requirements • Collaborate with product managers to define product features, requirements, and user stories • Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications • Strong experience with user research, user testing, and data analysis • Must have a proven portfolio of graphic design experience, such as a 90%+ success rate • Industry experience with consumer, software, and fintech projects • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop After Effects) • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices • Fluency in English, and excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
