• Location: Piraeus, Greece (remote) • Salary: €1100 + bonuses • Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week) • Languages: Spanish (C2) and English (C1) • As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers needing technical support. You will answer questions via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with installation issues, account settings, and after-sales queries. Your technical expertise and customer-oriented approach ensure every problem is resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Fluency in Spanish (C2 level) • Good command of English (C1 level) • Strong technical skills and product knowledge • You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. • A problem-solving attitude and multitasking ability • Willingness to relocate to Greece and live there for at least 6 months
• Salary: €1100 per month • Bonuses: Monthly performance bonus up to €300 • Training: Fully paid 3 weeks training that you can follow from home • Relocation: Paid flight to Athens, airport transfer, and accommodation for the first period • Support: Assistance with opening a Greek bank account and handling administrative matters • Flexibility: Work from home • Relocation package: Includes a real estate agent to help you find an apartment
