• Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in EMEA region • Proactively seek and find new CPs in the territories not served by IDT business • Sign up new CPs by issuing contractual re-seller agreements • Support product and sales trainings • Monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity based KPIs • Set up sales targets and take full responsibility in achieving and exceeding set targets • Track team and associate level KPIs to drive team to achieve targets in the region • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP-assigned territories • Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face to face meetings and applying DBS tools
• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences Preferred or combination of education and experience • Experience in managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA min 3 years • Experience in leading teams min 3 years • High level of life sciences business acumen • Proficient in English • Exposure to public tenders/frame works processes/procurement business is a plus • Experience with CRM (SFDC)
