• Administer payroll and employee benefits programs • Support HR reporting, audits, workforce analytics, and operational reporting initiatives • Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance • Generate and analyze HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce reports • Support organizational growth initiatives, system integrations, and operational scaling • Conduct audits and data validation to ensure accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR reporting, HR operations, or related experience. • Experience in processing multi-state payroll is preferred. • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret workforce and payroll data. • Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and reporting systems preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
