📋 Description
• Supervise Assistant Property Manager • Serve as liaison with clients and vendors • Oversee property management tasks • Manage repairs and maintenance communications • Focus on rent collection and policy adherence • Represent company professionally to residents • Stay informed about local market conditions • Work with residents on lease renewals and evictions
🎯 Requirements
