Description
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO • Establish and improve key processes for engineering collaboration • Manage the engineering team and ensure team performance • Take ultimate ownership of product development execution • Grow the team from 12 to 50+ over the next 1-2 years • Report to the CEO and partner with the CTO
Requirements
• Experience leading software engineering teams of 30+ in distributed environments • Strong hands-on software development track record • Exceptional communication skills • Bias towards action and extreme ownership • Flexibility in high-growth environments
