• Develop, plan and implement the online and social media marketing strategy • Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, XING, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) • Create and optimize content in collaboration with Content and Sales Marketing • Manage performance marketing campaigns (SEA, SEO, Social Ads etc.) • Analyze KPIs, prepare reports and derive optimization measures • Monitor current trends in online and social media marketing • Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in online and social media marketing • Confident use of CMS systems, tools and analytics software (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn) • Ideally experience in B2B marketing • Creativity and a good sense for trends, storytelling and visual marketing • Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
