📋 Description

• Development, planning and implementation of our online and social media marketing strategy • Management and growth of our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, XING, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) • Creation and optimization of content (copy, images, videos, stories, ads) in collaboration with Content and Sales Marketing • Management of performance marketing campaigns (SEA, SEO, social ads, etc.) • Analysis of KPIs, preparation of reports and definition of optimization measures • Monitoring current trends in online and social media marketing • Close collaboration with the rest of the marketing team and external agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in online and social media marketing • Confident handling of common CMS platforms, tools and analytics software (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) • Ideally experience in the B2B sector • Creativity and a flair for trends, storytelling, visual marketing and analytical skills • Very good German skills (at least C1) • Good English skills (B2) spoken and written
