Description

•Identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle systems •Develop, manage, evaluate, and make recommendations that impact ROPS workforce, planning, and strategy •Lead a group of analysts who support the development and delivery of IT solutions •Facilitate a wide range of initiatives to develop and implement operational business systems •Meet with project teams, IT department partners and internal clients to ensure needs are met •Set priorities and direction for projects •Develop project plans, manage expectations, track issues, and communicate progress •Organize the work of analysts, including planning, organizing, monitoring, troubleshooting •Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communication •Champion the DaVita Mission and Values

Requirements

•Excellent interpersonal skills •Strong leadership coaching and teammate development skills •Experience in leading teams and managing performance of direct reports •Intermediate skills in all Microsoft applications •Effective training and presentation skills •Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populations •Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle teams, functions, systems, processes •Model, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership •Experience with Agile, Data and ROI analysis and/or process innovation preferred •Ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization
