• Help meet growing business demands and provide excellent contractual support • Draft, review and negotiate contracts including SaaS agreements and NDAs • Collaborate with internal business clients and stakeholders • Handle and advise on day-to-day contractual queries

Requirements

• Bar member in at least one U.S. State with 3 years of negotiating technology transactions • Strong communication skills with non-lawyers • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Outstanding attention to detail
