📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for EXA, from planning through execution and delivery. • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are met. • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote agile best practices. • Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Background in software engineering or technical product management. • Experience working with distributed or remote teams. • This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
