Description

• Respond to questions and issues from the Decentraland's community of Players and Creators across different channels like Chat, Email and Social Media • Content moderation over the Social Media channels • Collaborate with Development teams on issue escalation and resolution • Suggest improvements to the Support's team Knowledge base and processes • Provide insight to the Support team's management on Players and Creators sentiment and feedback • Provide excellent service in accordance with the set KPIs and Support processes • Proactively engage with Players on the platform in an effort to increase Players retention • Familiarize yourself with Decentraland's platform, tools and documentation

Requirements

• 2 years of Support experience • Knowledge of Web 3 / Blockchain space • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing • Computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communicator
