🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent compliance-specific certification. • 8+ years of experience in managing compliance in a fast-paced, global environment, with expertise in payroll regulations across APAC. • Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear workflows and scalable solutions. • Experience in managing and mentoring compliance teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional departments. • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance regulations in at least 6 countries or more, with the ability to manage compliance efforts across an entire region. • Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working effectively across departments and regions.
