🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Audit, or similar roles • Financial knowledge: Solid understanding of Financial Statements, proficiency in financial analyses, modelling and reporting • Analytical skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Tools Proficiency: excellent MS/Google Suite proficiency, SQL fluency for data extraction and analyses. Experience with FP&A and HR Planning softwares is a big plus • Communication: strong written and verbal communication, attention to details and ability to effectively present data to various stakeholders
