Description

• Building and ensuring support for Deel's PEO product through research, defining, prioritizing and documenting product requirements, user stories, and design • Work with different product teams, functions and APIs • Define the roadmap of product area through research and understanding of business goals and customer pain points • Creating user specifications and testing plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks • Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency • Creating metrics and goals around feature launches, measuring success post-launch and iterating • Moving fast #deel speed • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Product Manager or Group Product Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale up/start-up) • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership • Willing and able to be hands on when needed • Preferably based in EMEA, or Americas ET
