Requirements

• 1-2 years of immigration experience • 1-2 years of experience in customer service • Working knowledge of US immigration • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Front, Salesforce • Attention to detail with swift execution • Fluent in English. Another language is a plus. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
