• Execute approved roster updates, additions, removals, and profile changes • Apply approved distributor membership updates across systems • Perform manual data cleanup caused by sync failures • Support merger and acquisition execution after approval • Maintain logs of manual interventions • Escalate unclear scenarios per defined process
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. • 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Office Admin Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software. • Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers. • Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures.
