📋 Description

• Support New Hire Onboarding with FRC, PPE, profile creation for several systems, and file storing for personal documents. • Facilitate safety training, badging, and ongoing lab work and background checks for facility access. • Oversee use of Visual Planning – the Operations Scheduling system. • Ensure consistent and accurate schedules. • Maintain training records and qualifications. • Maintain facility information and entry requirements. • Resolve any system issues and assist users. • Distribute PPE (safety) gear for field facing Artisans, managing orders with 3rd party vendor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2 years of experience in an office HR or administrative role • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work in alignment with US business hours • Proficiency with HR management systems
