Description

• Managing performance of outsourced partners • Identifying and prioritizing performance gaps with partners and stakeholders • Supporting leadership teams to enhance customer satisfaction • Driving change, surfacing issues, and implementing improvements • Leading performance deep dives and updates with executive stakeholders • Supporting other markets and colleagues through on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent in French (both written and verbal) • 5+ years' experience as an Operations Manager • Results-driven with experience in leading performance improvement projects • Ability to prioritize effectively and lead multiple projects concurrently • Calm under pressure and experienced in crisis management • Knowledgeable of CRM systems and creating synergies across systems • Partner/vendor management experience • Solid analytical background • Willingness to join the 24/7 on-call rota
