Description
• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular delivery of value • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable • Support the BA in managing customer expectations for deliverables • Define and manage a well-defined project management process • Promote empowerment of the team and encourage sustainable pace
Requirements
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models • Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles • Salesforce Certified, with experience leading Salesforce projects in the PM capacity • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams • Sufficient level of technical background to provide credible leadership
