• Remote supporting PST hours • Seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Social Listening Sr Analyst to join the Designit team that supports Microsoft Cloud Marketing Blog and Social. • This world-class social team operates 100+ social media channels and 20+ marketing blogs designed for various professionals. • The Social Listening Sr Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing social listening strategies, providing insights and strategic expertise to empower and inform marketing and business decisions. • Expected to develop and execute a comprehensive social listening strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media analytics, market research, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. • Proven experience in utilizing Sprinklr social listening tools and technologies. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex social media data. • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to align social listening efforts with business objectives and drive impactful outcomes. • Proven experience in translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and strategies. • In-depth understanding of TW, IG, FB, LI algorithms, trends, and best practices. • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, consumer behavior in the digital space, and competitive landscape. • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
