📋 Description
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and related components • Perform system upgrades, patches, and support package implementations • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues • Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures • Provide technical support and guidance and manage user accounts, roles, and authorisations • Plan and control migrations • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices • Participation on on-call duties
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English • Experience in SAP Basis administration • Knowledge of ITIL processes • Experience with SAP implementation and upgrade projects
