• You are responsible for successfully presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem (e.g., insulin pumps and other integrations) to drive targeted revenue growth. • You actively contribute to positioning the company as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring. • You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, creating sales plans, customer support, managing diabetes specialty retailers, and acquiring new customers. • You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the territory's revenue targets and KPIs. • You successfully leverage our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your territory goals. • You identify market opportunities early and develop targeted strategies for new customer acquisition in the CGM space. • You collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• You are a sales professional with a proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition. • You are proficient with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • You have the ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. • Ideally, you have prior experience selling to office-based physicians, diabetologists, and diabetes specialty retailers in your region. • Knowledge in diabetes management and a good understanding of CGM systems or other medical devices is desirable. • You speak fluent German and good English. • You hold a valid driver's license.
