• As a Salesforce Service Manager, you are the face to the customer and the backbone of our Managed Services. • You serve as the key interface between business requirements and technical implementation. • With your combination of Salesforce expertise, business acumen, and a hands-on mentality, you ensure our clients' systems not only run reliably but also evolve sustainably and deliver long-term value. • You drive the operational development of the customer platform and actively contribute to overall strategic direction and business transformation. • You proactively inform clients about new Salesforce releases and assess which features will deliver concrete value in their current setup. • As an account owner, you are responsible for customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, and managing time budgets. • You perform functional tests (QA) and ensure solutions are thoroughly documented.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional training. • At least 2–3 years of professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (consulting preferred or in‑house). • Languages: Fluent German (business level) and good written and spoken English. • Core competence: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required. • Consultant level: Initial consultant certifications (e.g., Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) and confident use of declarative automation.
