• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search-focused priority) • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates • Build and deliver clear, actionable performance reports • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to align on goals and strategy • Manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously • Identify optimization opportunities and run testing strategies (A/B testing, keyword optimization, etc.) • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and measurement setup (Google Analytics, conversions, etc.)
• +2 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns required) • Google Ads certification • Experience in client-facing roles • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns • Advanced English (written and spoken)
