📋 Description
• Supports network installations, upgrades, and configurations at field sites • Performs hands-on hardware deployments • Troubleshoot connectivity issues • Ensure adherence to security and performance standards • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) • Implement changes to network configurations following approved procedures • Ensure LAN/WAN availability and optimal performance
🎯 Requirements
• BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10 • Ability to mentor junior staff • Frequent Travel • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and a Public Trust clearance
