📋 Description

• drive innovation projects delivered by IT Engineers • deliver the last mile of user experience via the IT Service Desk team • recruit, mentor, and retain a team that understands business needs • build strong partnerships with department leaders to deliver technology solutions • lead enterprise technology engineering team for innovation in infrastructure • seek to optimize application and infrastructure support • engage with business teams to assist in more effective technology use • lead technical programs within IT including governance and AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• prior experience with stakeholder relationship management, customer experience, or a related discipline is desired • deep understanding of enterprise technology including running traditional server & workstation environments • use of cloud services from AWS and Azure, and SaaS applications • cloud experience should include public/private networking, SD-WAN, device trust, serverless, and database technologies • prior business analyst / process development experience • familiarity with Mac hardware is essential • able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple work streams • ability to earn respect based on execution, technical depth, hands-on style, and strategic decision making ability
