Description

• Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with DNAstack's strategic goals • Collaborate with product management to define and manage the engineering roadmap • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence within the team • Ensure robust and scalable architecture and design of the platform • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that may impede the organization’s ability to achieve its goals • Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making processes and optimize engineering performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Minimum of 3 years in a management role • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams in an enterprise SaaS platform environment • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean software development methodologies • Extensive experience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architectures • Strong background in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems • Exceptional technical acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions about architecture and design • Prior experience in a senior engineering role at a technology company, with a focus on health tech or a related field being a plus
