📋 Description

• Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director of FP&A will play a critical role within the Financial Leadership Team, fostering consensus and commitment to effectively implement management reporting across corporate functions. • This includes budget versus actual analysis, acquisition integration, margin improvements, and KPIs. • The ideal candidate will approach projects with flexibility, innovation, and a strong service-oriented mindset, emphasizing both system- and people-driven solutions. • This role will drive the organization’s operations finance strategy and develop a forward-thinking approach to forecasting, margin enhancement, and continuous improvement. • Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a remote environment and are experienced working in a fast-paced hyper-growth tech company.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking, with a focus on high-growth tech companies. • Excellent business partnering skills • Commercially astute • Demonstrated excellence in business analytics, operations, tools, and processes. • Advanced Excel skills; and experience navigating through systems enhancements with financial planning tools. • Extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, M&A analysis, and due diligence. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. • Experience working remotely. • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship from an employer now and/or in the future.
