📋 Description

• Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly key metrics to support worldwide collection team • Streamline reporting which provide insight into key data points; supporting various areas in reaching their goals through analysis • Communicate results of data analysis in written and verbal form to leadership • Analyze and collect data accurately for various types of business reports • Analyze processes to identify enhancement opportunities in reporting for Accounts Receivable Teams • Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and implement new reporting utilizing 3rd party software and ERP • Support month-end, quarter end and year-end processes, including working with internal/external auditors as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Basic Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field • 2+ years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, specifically Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections modules • Experience with Microsoft Excel • Experience operating in a SOX or similar internal control environment • Preferred Revenue Recognition / ASC 606 Experience • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or platform business with complex product and deal structures • Proven success driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence • Strong communication skills • Experience using Oracle FDI, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Salesforce, Alteryx, and Zuora Billing
