ā¢ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, outbound sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development ā¢ BDR experience in healthcare technology is preferred, but not required ā¢ Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills ā¢ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics and quotas ā¢ Ability to engage with prospects and build long-standing relationships ā¢ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM) ā¢ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset ā¢ Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and tools
