📋 Description

• New business acquisition with drive: You actively develop new markets within your postal code area and build your own customer network • Account management with a measured approach: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically • From first contact to closing: You are the primary point of contact — whether for cold calling, on-site customer appointments, or contract signing • Teamwork with responsibility: In close collaboration with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company • Scope to influence: With your ideas and expertise you contribute to projects and actively help shape the future of our company

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services • Passion for new customer acquisition — with a hunter mentality you win new clients, motivate your surroundings, and develop existing relationships for the long term • Strong character, confident negotiator, and genuinely hands-on • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken • Technically inclined and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems • Valid driver's license (Class B)
