📋 Description

• New customer acquisition with drive: You actively develop new markets within your postal code area and build your own customer network • Account management with a measured approach: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically • From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact—whether making cold calls, meeting customers on site, or closing contracts • Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company • Freedom to shape your role: With your ideas and expertise you contribute to projects and actively help shape the future of our company

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services • Passion for new customer acquisition – with a hunter mentality you win new clients, inspire those around you, and develop existing relationships for the long term • Strong character, confident in negotiations, and a genuine hands-on mentality • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Technically inclined and proficient in MS Office and CRM systems • Class B driver's license
