• Responsible for all aspects of business related to Target. • Manage cost-effective retailer promotional plans for Target. • Ensure new item presentations are executed seamlessly. • Create strategy and priorities for OLIPOP field teams and partners. • Collaborate on Target specific product development and packaging compliance. • Create presentations for leadership on account priorities and efforts. • Hold monthly meetings with Demand Planner for accurate forecasts. • Organize marketing activations with trade marketing team. • Travel to represent OLIPOP at tradeshows and customer meetings. • Report weekly to the Vice President of Sales on retailer’s status.
• 5-10 years of experience with a working knowledge of Target, CPG industry. • Target headquarter level experience is mandatory. • Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance. • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Competence in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, experience with collaboration tools preferred. • Strong planning, organization, project management skills, excellent communication skills. • Resourcefulness and ability to adapt to daily challenges. • Analyze opportunities quickly and execute company goals efficiently. • Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions.
