Description

• Act as the point of contact between client and internal/external clients/partners. • Complete documentation on behalf of the client. • Manage the schedule and calendar of the client. • Responding to inquiries and drafting professional communications. • Draft comprehensive notes. • Assist with the preparation of reports, briefs, and presentations. • Provide research and analysis for project/client engagements. • Handle very sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a personal assistant experience • 2+ years of experience with project management • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiar with Microsoft Teams and Google tools • 5+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, OneNote, etc.) • Bachelor's degree • Master’s degree is preferred • Fluent in English.
