Description

• The Audit & Compliance Manager oversees financial aspects of projects. • Ensure budgets are effectively managed and costs are controlled. • Provide accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and analysis. • Work with stakeholders to ensure effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop audit scopes and prepare detailed audit reports. • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

• BS or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related Professional Experience. • Leadership, coaching and transferring knowledge approach. • Spreadsheet and cost performance tracking is a must. • In depth knowledge in the contract management aspects. • 8+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent combination of education and experience Resource and cost loaded construction schedule development. • Knowledge of Agile Construction Management is highly preferred. • Competency with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook. • Construction/ Telecommunication experience is preferable.
