• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • 3-6+ years of experience in marketing at early stage startups, preferably in healthcare, tech, or a related field. • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling, audience-specific messages. • A data-driven mindset focused on setting, measuring, and attaining the right KPIs for the business. Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions. • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for healthcare innovation. • Spanish language fluency required, English advanced level
