• Act as a customer advocate and share knowledge of the threat landscape • Provide advice and leadership to customer technical teams on implementing firmware and supply chain security solutions • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering • Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts • Serve as a strategic partner to customers • Assist solutions team with product implementation and maintenance for customers.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Sales, Hardware Sales, or Customer Success • 5+ years of experience in IT Security or adjacent technologies • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems, x86 hardware • Moderate understanding of typical network appliances (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers) and their methods of administration • Experience with CLIs • Familiarity with sales engineering processes, metrics, key performance indicators, and tools (Salesforce, ZenDesk, JIRA, Confluence, etc) • Great communication skills, both verbally and written • May require up to require 50% travel • Strong technical aptitude and be able to pick up technical concepts rapidly.
