• Identify and engage key decision-makers in school districts through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. • Set up high-value meetings for Account Executives. • Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize conversion rates. • Maintain and update CRM records to track pipeline and performance metrics. • Develop a deep understanding of Edia’s products and how they solve key challenges in education. • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation efforts and outreach campaigns.
• REQUIRED: Former teachers or individuals with experience in education who want to make a bigger impact. • Highly ambitious, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with school and district leaders. • Resilient and adaptable—able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies. • Ability to learn quickly and implement feedback to improve performance. • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
