📋 Description

• Work on candidate databases and recruitment data provided by the company. • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements. • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities. • Prepare and update daily recruitment and activity reports. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline. • Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Coordination preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory. • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Personal Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection. • Comfortable working from home on a full-time basis. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
