• Review and negotiate contracts for both new and existing vendors • Coordinate across multiple internal stakeholder groups (Legal, Information Security, Compliance, BSA/AML, HR, Sourcing, etc.) • Manage, coordinate, and/or contribute to all stages of contract lifecycle including RFP preparation, contract review, negotiation, maintenance, and termination • Develop, structure, and negotiate legal and business terms and conditions, including pricing negotiations • Advocate with third party vendors on behalf of the business • Manage contract terms within contract lifecycle management platform and report status on an ongoing basis • Prepare and validate internal and regulatory reports
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Legal, Business, or Finance • Master's Degree or the equivalent experience in Finance or Program Management (Preferred) • Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of contract lifecycle management, legal administration, vendor management, and/or sourcing (Required) • 5 or more years relevant experience with a financial institution or corporate environment (Required) • 10 or more years contract lifecycle management, legal administration, vendor management, and/or sourcing (Preferred) • Paralegal certificate (Preferred) • Familiar with key terms and conditions that are common to various types of vendor agreements including but not limited to SaaS, software, hardware and professional services agreements • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication
