• Portfolio & joint-venture management: Steering and support of portfolio projects with a focus on establishing and further developing joint ventures and strategic partnerships • Business planning & monitoring: Creation, development and ongoing monitoring of business plans, budgets and profitability calculations for portfolios and investments • Performance management: Analysis of the financial performance of individual portfolios as well as development and implementation of measures to improve performance and results • Reporting & analyses: Preparation of management reports, profitability analyses and decision-making documents for executive management and other stakeholders • Project management & coordination: Management of interdisciplinary projects and collaboration with various departments to successfully implement strategic initiatives • Stakeholder management: Acting as the interface between internal teams, joint-venture partners, service providers and other external stakeholders • Process & structure development: Supporting the establishment of efficient structures, processes and control mechanisms within the portfolio area • Strategic initiatives: Contributing to the development of new partnership models, business approaches and growth projects within the EGC Group
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment • Experience in preparing business and profitability plans • Strong understanding of business contexts and KPIs as well as an analytical and structured working style • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders • High level of personal responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset • Proficient in MS Excel and ideally experienced with reporting and planning tools • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills
