Description

• Support daily Finance systems operations and projects. • Manage and prioritize daily incident resolutions and defect fixes. • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal controls. • Analyze and evaluate existing business and systems processes. • Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements for new or improved systems. • Partner with teams to develop a cross-functional roadmap for new features. • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 3+ years of experience implementing and managing Workday Custom Accounts, Projects/Project billing and Revenue modules. • 5+ years of related financial systems analyst experience. • Proficiency in Workday business process design and report configuration. • Firsthand experience in creating EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and customizing EIB templates. • In-depth knowledge of Workday security functionality and configuration. • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, effective internal controls, and Workday security configurations. • A positive customer service mindset with effective communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of Finance system processes for reference and training purposes. • Ability to work independently with review at critical checkpoints. • Adaptable approach to problem solving and displays sound judgement in solutioning.
